Firqat Alnoor plays classical Arabic and Middle-Eastern music, and represents through its members – both Jewish and Arab musicians - the religious and social diversity of Israel. The band's founders and members believe that music is a language which can bridge past and present, and bring together people of different faiths and cultures. Firqat Alnoor aspires to represent Israel on international stages and expose the richness and beauty of the Arabic and Middle-Eastern music.
